Everything we sell is a digital download. Because a file can't be handed back once it's been downloaded, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. We do want you to have a product that works, so here is what we will do.

When we'll make it right
- A file won't open, download or print correctly.
- Pages are missing or the file is damaged.
- What you received is clearly different from what the product page described.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.

Contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We'll first try to fix the problem or send a replacement file. If we can't, we'll refund your order.

How to reach us
Reply to your order confirmation email or use the contact link on this site. Please include your order number and a short description of what went wrong. A screenshot helps.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show the credit.
